Four rundown apartments and four passionate design duos set the stage for an epic challenge. After completing the final spaces in their apartments, they tackled the last-minute snags, carefully addressing the judges’ feedback from throughout the series.

To bring a some nature and a sense of calm to the outside area, a beautiful water feature has been installed using the Zodiac Flo Pro VS from Fluidra. To add a touch of greenery to the block, a sleek built-in planter stretches across the front of the property, perfectly complemented by BUCO’s diverse selection of plants and just below on the street level, stylish new wooden garages by Swartland Windows and Doors. Along with the garage doors, our block also received innovative lazer cut aluminium entrance gates by Tilt Screens. And a new pergola by Eva-Last provides the perfect place for future gatherings and celebrations.

It’s a bittersweet moment for the duos as they prepare their apartments for the final judging as so much time, energy, effort and care has gone into their renovation.
The overall winner will be decided by the combined score of the main judges, sponsor representatives and agents viewing the apartments. Each person is given a scorecard to rank the duos from one to four. First up are real estate experts from property agencies that operate in the Atlantic Seaboard area.
